An historic, narrow guage, steam hauled passenger railway which takes you from Aberystwyth to Devils Bridge. Travelling up the valley side of the Rheidol Valley, enjoying the scenery and wildlife. The journey is 12 miles and takes one hour each way.

Strata Florida Abbey is a former Cistercian abbey, founded in 1164, situated just outside Pontrhydfendigaid, near Tregaron. Lying mostly in ruins, the monastery was dissolved in the 1540s. The only substantive structure remaining is the entrance archway.
